Arrangers usually know the right people to be members of a team and should be given the opportunity to assemble the team. Although both the Strengths of Arranger and Strategic are good at making decisions, they are very different in how they make those decisions. When you know that the people around you hold differing views, you try to find the common ground. Getting a strength under control is about refining a skill you already have. In your view, there is little to be gained from conflict and friction, so you seek to hold these to a minimum.
